Hartford Boys Earn Banner Win on Senior NIght

The Hartford boys soccer team earned their win of the season and they couldn't have done it at a better time. The Tanagers seem to be peaking at the right time as they came up with a huge 2-1 ADK win over a solid Hadley-Luzerne team on Senior Night.

The Eagles came into Hartford with just two losses on the season.

Hartford led 2-1 at the half. Connor Mallory gave Hartford a 1-0 lead on an assist from Nate Fiske at the 38:33 mark.

Ryan Morrow made it 2-0 Tanagers when he converted a Michael Jones pass at the 11:24 mark.

Evan Kader brought the Eagles on the board, scoring to make it 2-1 with 5:56 to play in the half.

Defense and the goalies ruled the second half as neither team could find the back of the net.

Austin Wells came back from an injury a couple of nights ago to record four saves for Hartford. Zack Caldwell had 10 saves for Hadley-Luzerne.

Hartford is now 5-5, 5-5. Hadley-Luzerne is 6-3, 6-3.
