Granville Avenges Loss to Hartford
Just a few days ago Hartford defeated Granville in a big way. Thursday night Granville Zappones avanged that loss with an exciting 10-6 victory.
Hartford led 1-0 in the first, but four straight runs made it 4-1 Granville. A five run fifth allowed Zappones to open a 9-2 lead and they held off a Hartford comeback attempt.
Raegan Swain and Allie Gonzales were both 2 for 3 with a double and a single. Maddie Wilson was 2 for 2 with a pair of singles.
Katherine Hyatt picked up the pitching win with three Ks.
Gabby McFarren had two hits for Hartford.
Granville is now 7-3. Hartford is 5-4.

Warrensburg Blanks Whitehall
Louis Lang and Caden Allen combined for a two-hitter as Warrensburg blanked Whitehall 19-0 in TCML baseball.
Lang went four innings and Allen pitched the fifth for Warrenburg.
Warrensburg used a 10 run third inning to put the game away.
Daalten DeMarsh was 2 for 3 with two doubles for Warrensburg. Cameron Allen was 2 for 3 with three RBIs.
Jacob Whiting and Anthony Towle had the Whitehall hits.
Warrensburg is 5-5.
