Good Morning! With the Border Country Sports Report, I'm Keith Harrington.
Lake George Tops Bolton-Warrensburg
And then there was one. A week ago there was a handful of undefeated teams in Adirondack League girls soccer, but yesterday the number was whittled to a single team as Lake George topped Bolton-Warrensburg 4-1 in a showdown of teams with perfect ADK marks.
The B-W loss snapped a 14 game ADK winning streak.
Lila Frasier had a game to remember, scoring all four goal for the Warriors. Frasier had a hat trick by halftime.
Frasier gave Lake George a 1-0 lead just 41 seconds into the game off an assist from Samantha Gorey.
Karla Sherman equalized for the Eagles off a pass from Ella Moskov in the 18th minute.
Frasier scored two more goals before the half. One on an assist from Gorey once again and another from Katie Segulic to make it 3-1 at the break.
Lake George rounded out the scoring with Frasier scoring with a helper from Mykah Collier-Fisher.
Alivia Dean played well in goal with six saves for the Warriors.
Corinth suffered their first loss of the season yesterday.
Lake George is now 6-0 in league play.

Hadley-Luzerne Hands Corinth First Loss
Hadley-Luzerne handed Corinth their first loss of the season, 1-0 in a battle of nearby rivals.
Hannah Johnson scored the winning goal on a PK with just 2:28 to play.
Madison Lent earned the shutout in goal with seven saves. It was the seventh shutout of the season for Lent and the Eagles defense.
Madison Pincheon had six saves for the Tomahawks.
Hadley-Luzerne is 5-2-1, 7-2-2. Corinth is 4-1-1, 4-4-2.

Hartford Volleyball Sweeps Cambridge
The Hartford volleyball team earned a non-league win, sweeping Cambridge 3-0.
Set scores were 25-16, 15-14, 25-19.
Olivia Lindridge led the Tanagers with five aces and five kills.
Cassie Wade contributed 15 assists. Raeghan Liebig had six kills.
Gabby Fazioli led Cambridge with six points, two aces and two kills. MaryKate Lebarron had three assists, two aces and a kill.
Hartford is now 5-4 on the season.

Hughes Leads Whitehall to Win
Whitehall still struggled to score, but the Railroaders scored just enough as they defeated Salem 1-0 in ADK girls soccer.
Jayden Hughes scored in the first half and the Whitehall defense made it hold up for the victory. Madison Gould had the assist on the Hughes goal.
Khloe Paddock picked up the shutout in goal for the Railroaders with four saves.
Whitehall is back in action tonight with their Senior Night game in a non-leaguer against Willsboro.

Fort Ann Rolls Over Golden Horde
Granville was coming off an impressive win over Whitehall, but Fort Ann wasn't worried about that as they rolled over the Golden Horde 9-0 in ADK soccer.
Paige Trzaskos led the Cardinals with three goals.
Angel Aratare added a goal and three assists.
Riley Echeandia, Ella Gadway, Olivia Winchell, Brieanna Garner and Natalie Cody also contributed to the balanced attack.
For Garner and Gadway it was their first career varsity goals.
Fort Ann is now 3-2-2- in ADK play.
