Fort Ann Blanks Hartford in Boys Soccer
Fort Ann blanked Hartford 2-0 in an Adirondack League battle of local rivals.
Anthony Marino scored two goals to leas the Cardinals to the victory over the Tanagers.
Landen Crandall and Jacob Lunt assisted on Marino's goals.
Dylan Brown earned the shutout in goal for Fort Ann. It was his third shutout of the season.
Fort Ann is now 4-1, 4-2 on the season.

West Rutland Earns First Win in Two Years
West Rutland earned their first win since 2020, edging Sharon 2-1 in boys soccer. The win snaps a 19 game losing skid for the Golden Horde.
Parker Bogardus gave Sharon a 1-0 lead early in the game on a penalty kick.
Noah Olson equalized for Westside later in the half.
Peter Guay scored the game-winner for the Golden Horde in the second half. Garrett Owens picked up the assist.
Gus Covarrubias earned the shutout in goal with seven saves.
West Rutland is now 1-4 on the season.

Argyle Volleyball Sweeps Golden Horde
The Argyle volleyball team made the shot trip over to Argyle and swept the Golden Horde 3-0 in Adirondack League volleyball.
Set scores were 25-14, 25-9, and 25-21.
Carrie Humiston had a stellar performance for Argyle with 11 assists, eight kills and two blocks.
McKenna McWhorter chipped in six aces for the Scots. Kylee Humiston added six assists and five aces. Raegan Humiston had six kills and a block.
For Granville Lily Strout and Emma Hover each had two kills. Strout chipped in three blocks. Vivian Green had two blocks.

MSJ Rallies to Slip Past Proctor in Boys Soccer
MSJ trailed at the half but rallied in the second half to slip past Proctor 2-1in boys soccer.
Proctor took a 1-0 lead on a goal from Isaac Parker in the first half.
Malcolm Whitman scored just 1:20 scored 1:20 in the second half to equalize for the Mounties.
Whitman also scored the eventual game-winner for MSJ midway through the half. Smith Remy assisted on the Whitney goal.
MSJ is 2-3. Proctor is 1-4.

Lake Geroge Defeats Corinth on Late OT Goal
Lake George and Corinth played to a draw for regulation and much of the first overtime session before the Warriors scored to take a 1-0 win.
Jack Welch scored with 15 ticks on the clock in the first extra session to make the Warriors winners.
Lake George goalie Brad Erceg made a huge save early in overtime to keep his team alive.
Erceg eraned the shutout with eight saves for Lake George. Owen Baker stopped 10 shots for the Tomahawks.

Fair Haven Falls to Wasps in Field Hockey
Woodstock stayed perfect on the season as they defeated Fair Haven 5-0 in high school field hockey.
Natalie Parent scored the first goal for Woodstock off a pass from Hannah Gubbins.
Lily Gubbins scored two consecutive goals to make it 3-0 at the break.
Norah Harper scored on an assist by Hannah Gubbins in the second half to make it 4-0 Wasps.
Lily Gubbins completed her hat trick to round out the scoring.
Audrey Emery had four saves in goal for the Wasps to pick up the shutout.
Tori Kelly had five stops for Fair Haven.
Fair Haven is 1-3-1.
