West Rutland Rallies Past Blue Devils
West Rutland was trailing Poultney in the first half, but rallied for a 4-3 win over the Blue Devils in girls soccer on Monday.
The Golden Horde scored two goals in 51 seconds to take the lead and held off Poultney the rest of the way.
Annaleice Taylor gace Poultney a 1-0 lead in the first half, before two goals by Hayley Raiche flipped the script as Westside took a 2-1 lead at the break. Emma Sevigny and Peyton Guay picked up assists.
The Golden Horde got a pair of second half goals from Guay to extend the lead to 4-1. Hannah Cecot assisted on the first goal from Guay.
Poultney battled back with goals from Emma Kelley and Bella Mack to make it 4-3 but failed to equalize.
Kenzie Ezzo had 19 saves for Poultney. Bella Combs had seven saves for the Golden Horde.
West Rutland is now 5-3. Poultney is 2-3.

Fair Haven Routs Hartford in Girls Soccer
Fair Haven stayed unbeaten on the season as they routed Hartford 9-1 in girls soccer play.
The Slaters led just 2-0 at the half but blew the game open in the second half.
Brittney Love led Fair Haven with four goals in the contest.
Lily Briggs added a goal and five assists.
Clara Young added two goals. Maddy Perry and Holly Gannon also hit the back of the net.
Kate Hadwen had three saves in goal.
Fair Haven is now 7-0.

Lott-Diamond Scores Six, Breaks Record
Carolina Lott-Diamond scored six goals and set a new school record as Hadley-Luzerne cruised past Saratoga Catholic 9-0 in a non-league girls soccer match.
Diamond now has 32 goals to break a Eagles all-time single-season record.
Hannah Johnson, Madison King and Gabby Graham also scored for Hadley-Luzerne.
Madison Lent earned the shutout in goal. It was the seventh shuout of the season for Lent. That is also a school record.
Hadley-Luzerne is now 8-2-2.

Granville Gold Still Perfect
The Granville golf team is still perfect for the season as they defeated Corinth 5-0. The match was held at Skene Valley Country Club in Whitehall.
Andrew Rathbun shot a 40 to earn medalist honors for the match.

Lake George Edges Fort Ann
Lake George and Fort Ann were in a scoreless tie at the half, but the Warriors scored the only goal of the contest in the second half to take a 1-0 win over the Cardinals.
Thomas Kohls scored the only goal10 minutes into the second half off a free kick.
Brad Erceg recorded the shutout in goal with 10 saves.
Dylan Brown had five saves for Fort Ann.

Salem-Cambridge Blanks Emma Willard
The Salem-Cambridge field hockey team continued their stellar play as they blanked Emma Willard 3-0 in Adirondck-Wasaren League field hockey.
Mary Kate McKee had a goal and an assist for Salem-Cambridge.
Lexi Cary and Adair Hoge also hit the back of the cage.
Nicole LaFountain contributed an assist.
Brailyn Wright had the shutout in goal.
