Good Morning! With the Border Country Sports Blog, I'm Keith Harrington.
Something has got to give. Three teams remained unbeaten yesterday in Adirondack League softball, and Whitehall who did not play also has a perfect mark in league play. It's all going to come down to the head to head matchups. Here are yesterday's results.

Lake George Cruises Past Cardinals
Lake George remained unbeaten in ADK play as they cruised past Fort Ann 19-0 on Monday.
The Warriors led just 2-0 heading to the third, but exploded for 17 runs over the next two innings to blow the game open.
Shannon Starratt and Olivia Gates combined on a no-hitter in the circle.
Starratt was 2 for 4 with a home run, triple and two RBIs for Lake George. Taylor Syvertsen was 2 for 3 with three RBIs. Grace York and Mollie Johnson also had two hits and drove in a pair of runs.
Lake George is now 6-0, 6-1.

Salem Earns Walk Off Win Over Burghers
Salem stayed perfect in ADK play but it took a dramatic finish to get it done. The Generals won 6-5 with an eighth inning walk-off over Warrensburg.
Taylor Cary singled in the eighth to drive home Kady Crosier with the winning run.
Salem led 5-0 after two innings, but the Burghers tied the game with two runs in the third, two in the fifth and one in the sixth.
Kayla McCauliffe earned the win in the circle to move to 7-0 on the season. McCauliffe struck out 11.
Kailey Bacon struck out seven for the Burgers.
McCauliffe was 3 for 4 at the plate with a double, homer and three RBIs. Cary was 3 for 5 with a triple. Brook-Lynn Tellstone also had two hits. Krosier added a double.
Bacon smacked a home run for Warrensburg.
Salem is now 5-0, 7-0. Warrensburg is 2-3, 3-3.

Golden Horde Still Perfect in ADK Softball
Granville kept pace with the rest of the pack, staying perfect in ADK play with a 15-6 win over Argyle.
Lauren Bascom had a banner performance for the Golden Horde. Bascom earned the win in the circle and was 5 for 5 at the plate with a home run, double and three RBIs. Haylie Barber was 4 for 5 with five RBIs. Lilly Strout was 3 for 5 with a homer and two RBIs. Rachel Beaver added three hits including a double. Raegan Swain added contributed two triples, one of them with the bases loaded for the Golden Horde.
Lillianna Kingsley tripled for Argyle. Kylee Humiston was 4 for 4. Kaitlyn Lindsay was 2 for 5 with a double and two RBIs.
Granville is 4-0, 4-0. Argyle is 2-3, 2-3.

Hadley-Luzerne Blanks Whitehall
Hadley-Luzerne handed Whitehall their first loss of the season, blanking the Railroaders 7-0 in ADK baseball.
The Eagles led 3-0 after two innings and added two runs in the fourth and a pair more in the sixth to secure the victory.
Tyler Plummer earned the win on the bump. Plummer gave up just one hit in six innings and struck out 10.
Ryan Lott-Diamond pitched the seventh, giving up a hit and striking out two.
Lott-Diamond and Mason Conklin both doubled for the Eagles.
Brandon Bakerian had two hits for Whitehall.
Hadley-Luzerne is 4-2, 5-2. Whitehall is 3-1.

Granville Tops Argyle
Granville fell behind early but rallied to top Argyle 10-3 in ADK baseball. The Golden Horde stay unbeaten in league play with the win.
Logan Harrington was the winning pitcher, going five innings giving up four hits and striking out five.
Alex Torres blasted a grand slam homer for Granville. Torres finished 2 for 3 with four RBIs.
Harrington and Nate Rathbun both doubled. Dylan Procella was 1 for 3 and drove in a pair of runs.
Ben Cuthbert tripled for the Scots. Nate Stanley doubled.
Granville is 5-0, 5-1. Argyle is 1-4, 2-5.
